Business center: Located on the first floor, the business center offers a range of services including copying, faxing, translation, and typing. Conference/function room(s): The Karon Ballroom on the first floor, at 830 square meters (8960 square feet), can accommodate up to 980 people depending on the function and seating. It can be divided into two smaller floor areas. Four function rooms each have a seating capacity of up to 95 guests. Audiovisual equipment is available and includes microphones, a slide projector at THB1,170 (US$31−$35), overhead projectors, an LCD projector for VCR/computer at THB16,600 (US$450+), and sound systems.
The Penguin Kids club provides daily activities for children aged 4−12.
Child care/babysitting: Babysitting can be arranged through housekeeping and requires 24-hour notice. The fee for babysitting from 9 AM−7 PM for one child is THB300 (US$5−$15) for the first two hours, or THB400 (US$5−$15) for two children. From 7 PM−9 AM, the fee for one child is THB450 (US$5−$15) for the first three hours, or THB600 (US$16−$20) for two children. Fee(s) subject to change without notice.
Facilities: The Penguin Kids Club is for children aged 4−12. Water activities include sailing and swimming, and there are other outdoor activities such as beach games and sandcastle building. Indoor arts and crafts are varied and afternoon computer play is available. Children under three years must be with a parent or guardian at all times. Indemnities must be signed for water games, canoeing, and rock-climbing. Some activities incur a surcharge. Certain activities are suitable for children 8−12 only.

All guestrooms feature Thai artworks, and provide high-speed wired Internet access, cable TVs, and pay movies. Junior suites have DVD players and separate sitting areas. Bathroom amenities in all guestrooms include bathrobes, slippers, and telephone extension. Fax machines may be requested.
